  • Can I order a sample?
    Yes, your account manager or Spoke representative would be happy to help get you a sample product so you can see it in person.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    There are no minimum order quantities when printing with Spoke. Print one customized piece, or as many as you need.
  • How do I order from Spoke?
    We make ordering easy.   • What can my customers personalize?

  • Who handles shipping and delivery for my POD orders?
    Spoke handles the fulfillment, shipping and delivery of all print-on-demand orders. Orders are shipped within 3 business days.
  • Can I order high volumes?
    Yes, Spoke can accommodate large order volume. Contact your account manager or Spoke representative to discuss timing and logistics.
  • How do my customers personalize the product?
    Customers are given the opportunity to add personalization when buying a product from your e-commerce site. The product page will include fields for the customer data (name, date, logo, etc.), and we’ll take it from there.
  • What’s the difference between a full-service automation and an integration?
    Full-service automation (e.g. Printify) requires minimal setup and management. No matter how much experience you have with print on demand, you’ll be confident your products will turn out exactly as you imagined, with support on renderings, design specs and more. On the other hand, our integrations require more upfront setup, but also give you more control. Scalable and customizable, these solutions can readily adapt to your business as you grow.

  • What resolution should I use for my design?
    High-quality output requires high-resolution artwork files. Please provide print-ready art for logos, or images that are 300 DPI (150 DPI minimum). If the files you provided for your design are thought to be too low-resolution, our team will alert you during pre-production.
  • How many designs do I get?
    With no minimum order volume, you can choose as many products and unique designs as you’d like to offer your customers.
  • Where can I find templates for products?
    Spoke provides templates for each product that it produces. Design templates are linked under Artwork Requirements on each product detail page.
  • Who creates the design?
    You’re in the driver’s seat when it comes to product design. Simply upload your finished design to Spoke and we’ll do the rest.
  • What color profile should I use for my design?
    Designs should be prepared in CMYK for Spoke’s digital production process.
  • Are there design limitations for personalization?
    Very few. Limitations are primarily guided by the product selected, or by the artwork uploaded by the customer.
