The Spoke Custom Brand Story

What we do, who we do it for, and how we do it.


We got into the print-on-demand business because we thought there’s a better way to deliver customized products. We thought that anyone — big companies, small companies, even individual people who wanted to say something or celebrate something — deserved better.

That’s why we launched our POD business, driven by state-of-the-art printing technology that lets anyone customize our curated assortment, in any way with a minimum order of one. And as we continue to grow and develop our business, we’re making sure that everything we do, we do it the right way, with the sole goal to create the best experience and products for our clients.

The Spoke Custom Brand

At Spoke Custom, we’re all about the brand. But a brand is more than just a pretty logo or a nice tagline — a brand defines who you are, what you stand for, what you do, and how you do it.

So, what do we stand for?

Our Name:

In early 2022, SPOKE Custom Products was acquired by Polyconcept and merged into the POD business of the company. As it turned out, we also loved their name and took a modified version of it to represent our POD brand. To us, Spoke means both the bespoke element of any POD product, but also the ability of that product to speak for whoever orders it.

Our Brand Logo:

The Spoke Custom logo, brandmark, and wordmark are important expressions of our brand identity. We chose this logo and its elements because it shows playfulness, creativity, and there’s an inky element to it that subtly represents the concept of printing, even if our decorating capabilities are a bit more advanced than plain-old ink on paper.

Our Brand Positioning Statement:

This statement guides brand development and execution, sets a baseline tone, and becomes the springboard for the expression of the entire brand. This is not meant to be used in copy or as a tagline; rather, the brand rationale establishes an emotion that resonates throughout our work. Think of this less as a template and more as a litmus test for successful communication.


Our product is not our products.

Rather, it’s in our product — a combination of innovation and empathy. It’s in our ability to define. To distinguish. To unite. To empower and equip the businesses we serve to build the emotional connections they seek — to elicit human responses

and create a real {point of difference}. Ultimately, our product is in the quality of our experience, and of your experiences.

Our brand value pillars are derived from the brand positioning statement and further influence how we convey our brand. These pillars not only form the backbone of Spoke Custom; they’re also what make us unique.
